AODocs is a software company created in 2012 that makes a Content Services SaaS platform. It is included by Gartner (in its Magic Quadrant) and Forrester (in its Wave) as one of the top and most innovative players in the content services space, in a market populated by legacy on-premises competitors like IBM FileNet, Documentum, and OpenText that are approaching end of life. Many customers of these legacy products are looking to replace them with a modern SaaS solution like AODocs.
Our product is used by large organizations such as Google, Veolia or Colgate to control their critical documents, protecting them against costly human errors while accelerating key business processes. Our client’s main use cases are document control for large engineering projects, standard operating procedures, quality management, consulting and audit reports, and more generally, all business processes involving important documents in professional services, healthcare, HR, procurement, legal, and more.

The Role
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Professional Services team in Atlanta. In this role, you will own the full delivery lifecycle of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements: from scoping and planning through go-live. You will work directly with C-suite executives and business owners to translate challenges into clear, executable strategies and lead cross-functional teams to bring those strategies to life.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on ownership of delivery. You will be the single point of accountability for your engagements, driving alignment, managing risk, and ensuring outcomes, not just activities.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise engagements: scope, timeline, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from kickoff through adoption.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for clients, turning ambiguous business challenges into clear, structured delivery plans.
- Drive project velocity by anticipating blockers, managing escalations, and maintaining client confidence at every stage.
- Lead discovery workshops and design technical solutions, working alongside consultants to configure and customize AODocs to client requirements.
- Oversee large-scale data migrations and system integrations as part of broader transformation engagements.
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales cycles: scoping, estimating, and shaping proposals for new engagements.
- Mentor junior consultants on delivery and build long-term client relationships post go-live to drive adoption and expansion.
- Feed client insights back to product, engineering, and marketing to influence the AODocs roadmap.
Who you are
- AT least 5 years of experience delivering complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations, with demonstrated ownership of full-cycle engagements.
- Proven track record managing $200K+ projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and consultants.
- Executive presence: You are comfortable running workshops with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders and turning ambiguity into clarity.
- Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS architectures; you can hold technical conversations without being a hands-on developer.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple concurrent engagements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management software
- Experience with industry-specific software
