I. Supplier uses the following third-party Subprocessors for the performance of the Services (as defined in the AODocs online Data Processing Agreement).
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form with the Customer, the Google Cloud data center hosting the AODocs SaaS instance used by the Customer is located in the US (US instance).

* To the exception of Google LLC’s Generative AI used by AODocs for support services purposes, Google LLC, OpenAI OpCo LLC and/or Mistral AI are engaged for Generative AI purposes only to the extent Customer (i) is using the GenAI Features leveraging Altirnao-Subscribed AI Providers and (ii) chooses Google LLC, OpenAI OpCo LLC and/or Mistral AI as AI Providers. If Customer is using the GenAI Features leveraging Google LLC, OpenAI OpCo LLC and/or Mistral AI as Customer-Subscribed AI Provider, then Google LLC, OpenAI OpCo LLC and/or Mistral AI are not considered Supplier’s Subprocessors in the context of this DPA. The terms “GenAI Features”, “AI Providers”, “Altirnao-Subscribed AI Provider” and “Customer-Subscribed AI Provider” are defined in the AODocs GenAI Features Supplemental Terms of Service.
** Cloudflare decrypts TLS and applies the relevant Cloudflare services to Customer Data for HTTPS traffic transmitted between End Users and the origin web server(s) only in Cloudflare data centers located in the geographic region selected by Altirnao (i.e., the United States for the US instance and Europe for the European Instance) (the “Regionalized Cloudflare Location”). However, the End-User will connect to the nearest Cloudflare location (the “Nearest Cloudflare Location“), where the detection and mitigation of DDoS attacks are conducted, before the encrypted traffic is passed to the Regionalized Cloudflare Location. Therefore, the processing of the IP address of End-Users for the purposes of DDoS attack detection and mitigation can happen in the Nearest Cloudflare Location if such End User is closer to it than the Regionalized Cloudflare Location.
