  • Drive the technical activities needed for successful enterprise sales closure:

Technical writer - Paris, France

We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Technical Writer, member of the R&D Team, to design and deliver high quality documentation and online help for our rapidly evolving product line.

Position Location:

The Role

  • You will work closely with the developers, QA engineers and program managers to learn technical and functional information, and turn it into clear and concise documentation.
  • You will work on producing and/or updating various types of material: Knowledge Base on Zendesk, API documentation, application wording. You will also be responsible for the translation process follow up.

    What will be your responsibilities?

    You will be part of the technical support team in Paris:

  • Providing AODocs Customers with support over email.
  • Remote assistance to Customers over phone or Google Hangout.
  • Working closely with the technical support level 2 to transfer them some requests when it requires more investigation on the platform.
  • Writing Knowledge Base articles, mainly for the FAQ part.

    We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst level 1 to join our Technical Support team. The Customer Support Analyst is the first point of contact when users require product support.
