AODocs Mobile Application for Document Management and BPM Available Now

AODocs is pleased to announce that our mobile app for iOS and Android devices is now available for all customers! 

To access the iOS mobile app, AODocs customers can simply click here for iPhones and iPads. For Android devices, click here to access the app in the Google Play store. Alternatively, you can scan one of the QR codes below with either your Android or iOS device's camera:

Please note: In order to use the AODocs Mobile App, users must be a currently active AODocs customer.

We recommend that you read the article Install the AODocs mobile app in our Knowledge Base, especially if you’re working on an Android device and have a work profile activated.

Once installed and activated, the AODocs mobile app provides remote document management and business process capabilities for Google Workspace (Formerly G Suite). 

Licensed AODocs users will be able to:

  • Access their document libraries
    • Open a library
    • Sort their library list
    • Search for libraries using keywords
  • Access their documents
    • Switch views
    • Browse folders
    • Search for documents using keywords
    • Open a document and view its details
  • Preview and edit attachments with Google Mobile Apps.
