At AODocs, we feel that we have some of the best customers in the world. From the smallest professional services firm to the largest life sciences company and everything in between, our customers inspire us to create bigger and better solutions to their business problems using our technology.
And it is to every single one of those existing customers who I need to apologize to today.
What am I apologizing for?
Well, up until now you’ve had a significant commercial advantage over your competitors by using AODocs. You had the early adopter status, if you like. But things are changing. AODocs is no longer the “best-kept secret in the industry,'' your “secret sauce,” or some sort of hidden gem. AODocs is coming out of the shadows and blossoming into a force to be reckoned with.
And it’s not just me saying that.
The World is Waking Up
The change started earlier this year when Forrester rated AODocs as a Strong Performer in their Cloud Content Platforms Wave. This seemingly innocuous event kicked off a small tidal wave (pun intended) of awareness that continues to grow today.
All of this fantastic exposure, together with the appointment of seasoned industry vets, such as myself, will mean that AODocs becomes more and more visible, and ultimately will be used by even more customers worldwide.
So, for that, I offer our existing customers my heartfelt apologies — you had us to yourselves for a good while, but time waits for nobody.
The good news is that, of course, AODocs will continue to drive innovation in this space, will push even further and faster to deliver leading-edge solutions to your document and process-related challenges, and will continue to work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.
The bad news: You’re going to have to share us with some other people. Sorry…
