• Reinforce data security: we integrate Data Loss Prevention into documents to automatically detect sensitive information, such as Social Security or Credit Card numbers, and strengthen security. Documents that have been detected as “sensitive” can be reported to administrators, routed to dedicated workflow paths, and/or be given stricter security settings.
• Improve data quality: AODocs works to prevent incorrect attributes being assigned to a document. This is the art of knowing when a user might have filled in the wrong information about a document or classified it in the wrong category or folder. Keeping a clean database is key to correctly analyzing one’s data and making the right decisions.
• Streamline processes: automate data extraction and document tagging. You and your colleagues have better things to do than fill in structured data by hand. Our machine learning algorithms can suggest the right data and ultimately fill it in for you, so you can save valuable time and focus on what’s important.
