AODocs Launches AOQuality For Enterprise Quality Control Management

SAN FRANCISCO, January 17, 2018- AODocs, a leading document management platform that delivers Google Drive’s unique user experience, performance and reliability to enterprise business applications and document workflows, today announced the general availability launch of AOQuality, its cloud-based Quality Management System (QMS) aimed at making enterprise quality control management more flexible, automated and human-friendly.

Early customers Whirlpool, Seagate, Essilor, Valeo and Euralis have been pioneers in using AODocs for their quality control requirements, collectively serving as catalysts for AODocs to launch its QMS features under the new AOQuality offering. The migration underscores AODocs’ rapid growth and adoption, particularly within industries where a higher level of process and regulation are interwoven into daily business. AODocs now manages 130 million documents across 800 customers and is seeing 100% year over year growth.

AOQuality is the latest innovation introduced by AODocs, which has been building an extensive document management and business application platform for G Suite users since it first launched in 2012. AOQuality was born out of common customer pain points associated with quality processes, including compliance with ISO 9001 and managing audit processes. AOQuality is particularly well-suited for companies who want to manage their entire quality management system in the cloud with a turnkey, end-to-end solution.

Ignacio Eceiza, Head of Global IT Projects, Euralis

“AODocs has been a big help with efficiency, workflow and compliance since we started using it in 2013 in parallel with our company-wide move to G Suite. As a quality management system, AODocs has been particularly useful for Euralis teams and managers who are operating in heavy compliance and regulation working environments on a daily basis.”
