Partner Channel Manager

AODocs partners with top Google Cloud Partners and document management experts around the world to deliver the only content services platform recommended for Workspace and used by Google. AODocs is headquartered in Atlanta, GA with offices in San Francisco, Paris, and Milan.


As an integral part of the Partner Team, Partner Channel Manager will lead and manage the relationship with Premier partners and AODocs. With the goal of meeting and acceding AODocs’ growth targets for Partner relationship. The Partner Channel Manager will position AODocs for continued aggressive growth in attributed revenue and future programs. The Partner Channel Manager will develop the strategy with our Partners and define the opportunity and the value of the joint partnership. In addition he/she will develop and manage the Partners by (1) developing joint GTM business plan (2) driving sales and marketing alignment (3) working cross functionally to develop marketing collateral (4) supporting joined selling with Google alliance activities (5) Partner Onboarding and enablement 


  • Cultivate strong working relationships with our existing premier partners
  • Onboard new high-potential partners - VAR, MSP, ISV
  • Enable partners to understand and sell the AODocs solution
  • Articulate our customer and partner value proposition to a variety of personas and stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Support and execute channel-driven sales plans with each Partner
  • Drive adoption of joint sales plans inside AODocs sales and marketing teams
  • Generate demand among prospects and customers in collaboration with our partners
  • Deliver on revenue and new-logo pipeline targets while enhancing partner and customer satisfaction and adoption
  • Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting across partners, customers and prospects
  • Creating and driving Partner marketing activities and webinars 
  • Reporting on partner-enablement for both sales and technical certifications
  • Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines for partner initiatives

Specific Requirements:

  • We are looking for an experienced person with strong customer/partner relationship-building skills to sell and drive AODocs messaging, opportunity and ROI
  • 2+ years experience growing sales through Channel relationships in a B2B software/SaaS environment
  • Experience enabling and aligning channel partners through demand generation and the sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and revenue goals
  • Demonstrated ability to provide impactful results through listening, building a 360 vision of partners, developing and executing the relevant enablement, business and marketing plans that drive successful results
  • Strong understanding of software reseller business models

  • This position will require 30% travel, including trade shows and conferences as required by corporate once travel resumes.
