Partner Operations Coordinator

Our alliances are critical to our overall success, which is why we’re looking for a Partner Operations Coordinator to support the growth of our channel. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and excited to join a fast-paced work environment.

We’re looking for the perfect fit to grow our Alliances Team and will invest in training the right individual to ensure success in their new role. This is an Atlanta based position and will require 20-30% travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

AODocs Partner Operations Coordinator responsibilities and duties are as follows:

  • Execute and track joint business plans, including go-to-market initiatives, outbound campaigns, webinars, etc.

  • Monitor and maintain data in Salesforce to track lead registrations, partner contacts, interactions, pipeline, reporting, and insights of sales efforts

  • Maintain timely and accurate content on our Partner Portal (no coding required!) to organize training courses, sales collateral, technical resources, marketing, and educational information for our partners

  • Manage partner communications, including social posts, partner newsletters, incentive program updates, etc.

  • Assist with partner event planning, logistics, and management

  • Manage and vet incoming partnership requests

  • Ensure alignment between the AODocs sales & services teams and our partner’s sales & services teams to provide a seamless customer experience

  • Maintain a can-do attitude and assist the Alliances, Sales, and Marketing teams as needed to achieve strategic and operational goals

  • Anything else that adds value to the business and for our partners and your co-workers

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail

  • Ability to travel to partner sites as needed and requested (roughly 20-30% travel)


  • Background in business development, partnerships, account management or customer success

  • Experience using G Suite

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Analytical mindset
