We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Technical Writer, member of the R&D Team, to design and deliver high quality documentation and online help for our rapidly evolving product line.
- You will work closely with the developers, QA engineers and program managers to learn technical and functional information, and turn it into clear and concise documentation.
- You will work on producing and\/or updating various types of material: Knowledge Base on Zendesk, API documentation, application wording. You will also be responsible for the translation process follow up.

- Enjoy producing high quality and useful documentation for our users in the knowledge base, for the application and APIs
- Ensure wording coherency on the application

- Blend into our agile organisation and get involved in product design and enhancement
- Build strong working relationships with technical leads, program managers and other stakeholders
- Enhance the processes and tools in place for documentation and localization
