We are looking for a Customer Service level 1 support engineer to join our customer service team. The Customer Service Level 1 is the first point of contact when users require product support.
What will be your responsibilities?
You will be part of the technical support team in Paris:
- Providing AODocs Customers with support over email.
- Remote assistance to Customers over phone or Google Hangout.
- Working closely with the technical support level 2 to transfer them some requests when it requires more investigation on the platform.
- Writing Knowledge Base articles, mainly for the FAQ part.
Who are we looking for?
People who have:
- At least 1 year of experience on a similar position, preferably at a Saas software editor.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Structured and organised approach to work.
- Communication skills and willingness to work with customers.
- Ability to work with different tasks and set priorities.
Would be appreciated:
- Experience in working with Zendesk and / or the Jira platform
- Knowledge of Google Apps and Google App Engine
- Basic spoken and written French for internal communication
- Additional foreign languages
